Alec Kisiel_headshotBaltimore, MD, May 30, 2013 entreQuest, a Baltimore-based firm that helps its clients grow regardless by providing high-level strategic planning, specialized training programs, and personalized leadership coaching, today announced the promotion of Engagement Manager, Alec Kisiel to Director of Client Engagement. Alec’s new role will focus on the strategic direction and coordination of entreQuest’s resources to deliver a remarkable client experience.

“Alec’s tireless effort towards our mission to help America’s small and midsized businesses grow regardless of their size, their industry, or the economy, is recognized not only by our internal leadership team, but also by our clients,” Executive Vice President and Partner, Misti Aaronson said. “As a rising star at entreQuest, we are confident that Alec is ready to have even more impact on our clients and our growth plan—hence the added responsibilities of a director level position within the company.”

As Engagement Manager, Alec worked in conjunction with entreQuest’s business consultants and clients to ensure that projects were completed on time and that all parties remained in alignment on the direction of the engagement.

“Since launching my book, Grow Regardless, entreQuest has seen the impact our message has had on the community of small and mid-sized businesses, and we remain committed to the idea that an organization’s best asset is its people,” said Joe Mechlinski, Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder. “That is why we focus on the growth and development of the team already in place instead of seeking talent outside of the firm. Alec is prime example of the way employee development and career-pathing can work inside a small company in order to build capability and success, for both the team and the organization as a whole.”

Before joining entreQuest, Alec consulted for a local sales consulting firm where he helped guide and grow sales for other local companies across multiple industries. Alec also worked as a Client Services Manager for a market research company, giving him extensive experience overseeing research projects for leading national brands.

Alec and his wife live, work, and play in downtown Baltimore. He is also an avid homebrewer and enjoys practicing martial arts.
