As Director of Recruitment, Maria will focus on business development, establishing and maintaining relationships with hiring managers. She will work one-on-one with entreQuest clients to help identify their corporate culture and the right candidates that will succeed within that culture. Maria will also work internally with hiring managers to evaluate and revise their current recruitment and selection criteria, ensuring conformance to professional, statistical, and testing standards are met.
Most Recently, Maria worked as a Regional Director for Hartman Executive Advisors where she worked closely with CEOs and executive teams of growing and midmarket organizations to improve their bottom line through maximizing their business results from their IT investments. Maria was also named to The Daily Record’s 2012 List of Maryland’s Leading Women in 2012.
