entreQuest, a consulting firm focused on business transformation and development, announces the promotion of Senior Vice President of Operations & Partner Misti Aaronson to Executive Vice President. Aaronson will take on an expanded role and responsibilities, with more emphasis on business development and strategic partnership opportunities.

A recent honors graduate of the Greater Baltimore Committee’s LEADERship Program, Aaronson has been with entreQuest for eight years. She joined the firm in a marketing role and quickly demonstrated her leadership strengths, Mechlinski said.
Aaronson soon took over entreQuest’s recruiting division and, in 2009, was promoted to Vice President of Operations, with supervisory oversight for the entire staff. As a result of her leadership development within the company, entreQuest now has an emerging middle-management layer that she will continue to grow.
Before joining entreQuest, Aaronson earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing and in transportation and logistics from The Ohio State University.
Misti is also an accomplished Yoga instructor, completing her 200 hour certification from Charm City Yoga in November of 2009 and promotes good health and wellness to her students and the community.
