Employee Experience in Practice

Written by Joe Mechlinski | May 5, 2016

Page 98 of Grow Regardless marks the beginning of my interview with the National Collegiate Scouting Association (NCSA) Founder and CEO, Chris Krause. In this interview Chris guides me through the history behind starting NCSA and what that means to his employees and the obstacles he’s faced in growing from three employees to more than 300 in a very short amount of time.

Chris attributes much of his success to lessons learned in working with the eQ team in the early stages of his business. To me, Chris and his team exemplify the philosophy of providing a remarkable employee experience.

It is this confirmation of the processes found in book, and used on a daily basis both at NCSA and eQ, that adds to the gratitude I have for Chris in helping me achieve such an honor as being among some of the best business authors of our time as a New York Times bestseller. Thank you to Chris and entire NCSA team for believing in me and my team along the way!
