This year was built on risks, rewards, and reassertion for the SHIFT team. Collectively, we continued to champion our mission to shift the American workforce from 70 percent disengaged to 70 percent engaged. Because we believe that by changing the work world, we can transform the real world.

Among the end-of-year gratitudes, the themes of purpose, people, and passions emerged.
We continue to grow one of the most insanely-inspiring, results-obsessed teams on the planet. The love and dedication that radiates from our team is a catalyst among our SHIFT Consulting clients, the SHIFT Society entrepreneurs, and the powerhouse hatchlings at SHIFT Ventures.
Our team knows the work we do matters. We go home happier, more fulfilled, and inspired to be better partners, parents, friends, and community leaders. That feeling is magnified within the three collectives of our business. And more importantly, it emanates throughout our work with our clients
And that carries real weight.
Extending The Thank You
During our reflection, we received two very kind affirmations of our actions.
Mark Rose, General Manager for KATV, shared his own reflection of his time with SHIFT Consulting. Our work with the KATV team enabled them to reshape their sales operations to increase productivity, drive efficiency, and elevate performance.
Todd Ricke, Director of Sales at Sinclair Broadcast (CBS Austin/Telemundo Austin), echoed Mark's takeaways. Todd has spent the past year working closely with SHIFT Consulting, and feels the data-rich initiatives they've lead together have helped their local Sinclair team re-imagine and craft their sales team of the future to drive stronger client relationships and ultimately grow marketshare.
These were incredibly kind testaments and ones our team was humbled to hear. We would not be here without our clients; the cutting-edge leaders who believe in our mission, in our team, and in our values. Those who can imagine growth for themselves beyond what they’ve forecasted, beyond their competitors, beyond the status quo.
